About Fortune Home
A service apartment is a private, fully furnished home you book the way you would book a hotel room. Ours come with a separate bedroom and living area, a working kitchen with a fridge and washing machine, air conditioning, power backup and unlimited Wi-Fi.
We look after every home ourselves instead of listing somebody else's, so the photographs match the flat you walk into and the price you are quoted is the price you pay. Guests stay with us for treatment at nearby hospitals, for company postings that run a few months, and for family visits that outgrow a single hotel room.

One night. Most guests stay between a week and three months, and the nightly rate comes down as the stay gets longer.
No deposit for short stays. For long corporate bookings we agree the terms in writing before check-in, so there are no surprises at the end.
Yes. Cleaning, fresh linen, Wi-Fi, water and electricity are part of the rate. There is no separate maintenance or utility bill at the end of the stay.
Dates can be moved subject to availability. Tell us as early as you can and we will either shift the booking or hold the amount against a later stay.
Yes. We work with companies on credit terms and issue a GST invoice against your company details for every stay.
Send us the dates, the area and how many people. We will come back with two or three options, real photos and a final price.
