How we work

Private, never shared

Your own door, your own key, your own kitchen. No shared corridors and no other guests inside the flat.

No deposit, no lock-in

Stay a night or a year. Extend or leave on short notice, and take a proper GST invoice with you either way.

Cleaned before every arrival

Fresh linen, a sanitised bathroom and a stocked kitchen, checked by our own staff rather than a contractor.

Someone answers at 2am

A geyser fails, a lock jams. One number on WhatsApp, and a person who can send help the same night.

How long are you staying?

Nightly, Monthly or Corporate

Short stay One to six nights. Hotel-style check-in with a kitchen included. See apartments Weekly Seven to twenty-nine nights, with housekeeping twice a week. A fully furnished private home with a bedroom, living area, kitchen and washing machine, looked after with hotel-style housekeeping. You get the space and independence of an apartment without signing a lease or buying furniture.

One night. Most guests stay between a week and three months, and the nightly rate comes down as the stay gets longer.

No deposit for short stays. For long corporate bookings we agree the terms in writing before check-in, so there are no surprises at the end.

Yes. Cleaning, fresh linen, Wi-Fi, water and electricity are part of the rate. There is no separate maintenance or utility bill at the end of the stay.

Dates can be moved subject to availability. Tell us as early as you can and we will either shift the booking or hold the amount against a later stay.

Yes. We work with companies on credit terms and issue a GST invoice against your company details for every stay.
