All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Fortune Home.

Guests must provide accurate personal and contact information at the time of booking. We reserve the right to decline or cancel bookings if incorrect or misleading information is provided.

2. Check-In & Check-Out

• Standard check-in time: 12:00 PM
• Standard check-out time: 11:00 AM

Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

3. Payment Policy

Full or partial payment may be required to confirm a booking, depending on the property and duration of stay.

We accept payments through online payment gateways, bank transfers, UPI, and other approved payment methods.

Failure to complete the required payment may result in cancellation of the reservation.

4. Guest Identification

All guests must present valid government-issued photo identification at the time of check-in.

Foreign nationals must provide a valid passport and visa as required by applicable laws.

5. Property Usage

Guests are expected to use the property responsibly and maintain cleanliness during their stay.

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Illegal activities
• Property damage
• Excessive noise or disturbance
• Unauthorised commercial activities
• Violation of local laws and regulations

Fortune Home reserves the right to terminate a stay without refund if these conditions are violated.

6. Visitor Policy

Management reserves the right to restrict visitor access where necessary for safety and operational reasons.

7. Damage to Property

Guests shall be responsible for any loss, damage, or theft caused to the property, furniture, appliances, fixtures, or amenities during their stay.

Any repair or replacement costs may be charged to the guest.

8. Limitation of Liability

Fortune Home shall not be liable for:

• Loss of personal belongings
• Delays due to circumstances beyond our control
• Service interruptions caused by utility providers, government actions, natural disasters, or unforeseen events

Guests are advised to keep valuables secure at all times.
