Searching Green Park, Staying in Saket
Green Park is a good place to search from. It is central for South Delhi, it is on the metro, and it is the area people name when they are coming for treatment at AIIMS or Safdarjung, or for work somewhere between Hauz Khas and Nehru Place. What it does not have many of is furnished apartments you can take by the night with a kitchen in them.
Saket is the same stretch of South Delhi, a few stops along the Yellow Line, and it is where our apartments are. The blocks are residential rather than commercial, so the streets are quieter in the evening, and the flats are full homes: a separate bedroom, a living room, a kitchen with a fridge and a hob, and a washing machine. That matters more than a short taxi ride once a stay runs past a few days.
If being inside Green Park itself is the point, we are not the right answer and we would rather say so now than at check-in. If what you actually need is a furnished home on this side of South Delhi, with a kitchen and someone to call, we can probably help.

Where We Are, and Getting to Green Park
Our apartments are spread across the D, E, G, J and L blocks of Saket. The exact address depends on which apartment is free for your dates, so we confirm it when we confirm the booking. Green Park and Saket are both stations on the Yellow Line, so the metro is usually the simplest way between the two. We have not published a travel time here because it depends on the hour and the exact block, and we would rather you checked it on a map than took our word for it.

No. Our apartments are in Saket, South Delhi. Green Park and Saket are on the same Yellow Line of the Delhi Metro and on the same side of the city, which is why people searching for Green Park often end up staying with us, but the address is Saket and we would rather be clear about that before you book.
How far is Saket from Green Park?
Both are stations on the Yellow Line, a few stops apart. We do not publish a distance or a driving time because it changes with the hour and with which of our blocks your apartment is in. Check it on Google Maps for the time you plan to travel, or call us and we will tell you which apartment is closest to where you need to be.
What does a service apartment include that a hotel room does not?
A kitchen you can cook in, with a fridge and a hob, a separate living room, and a washing machine. Housekeeping, fresh linen, Wi-Fi and water are in the rate, the same way a hotel would include them. What you give up is a restaurant downstairs and a reception desk.
Is electricity included in the rate?
No. In our service apartments electricity is billed separately on the meter reading at the end of the stay. Housekeeping, Wi-Fi and water are included. We mention this early because an all-inclusive quote that turns into a bill at check-out is the thing guests dislike most.
