More Than 7 Days Before Check-In
Guests who cancel their booking more than 7 days before the scheduled check-in date may be eligible for a refund after applicable payment gateway and processing charges are deducted.
Within 7 Days of Check-In
Bookings cancelled within 7 days of the scheduled check-in date may be subject to cancellation charges, and refunds may not be guaranteed.
No-Show Policy
If a guest fails to arrive on the scheduled check-in date without prior notice, the booking will be treated as a No-Show and no refund will be provided.
2. Refund Processing
Eligible refunds will be processed through the original payment method used during booking.
Refund processing timelines may vary depending on banks, payment gateways, and financial institutions.
Generally, approved refunds are processed within 7–15 business days.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds may not be applicable in the following situations:
- No-show bookings
- Early departure after check-in
- Violation of property rules
- Incorrect booking information provided by the guest
- Special promotional or discounted bookings marked as non-refundable
4. Modification of Booking
Booking modifications, including date changes or stay extensions, are subject to availability and management approval.

5. Force Majeure
Fortune Home shall not be held responsible for cancellations, delays, or disruptions caused by events beyond reasonable control, including:
- Natural disasters
- Government restrictions
- Public emergencies
- Transportation disruptions
- Utility failures
Refunds in such cases will be handled at management discretion and in accordance with applicable laws.
